Responsibilities:

1. Perform multi point vehicle inspections using Digital Vehicle Inspection platforms.
2. Perform general vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery changes, fluid level checks, and the like.
3. Identify, diagnose, and fix vehicle issues efficiently, getting it right the first time.
4. Perform repairs in the order set by the Service Advisor in accordance with the shop's Workflow System.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and assist other technicians as needed.
6. Follow all safety norms (wear ppe, clean bay, etc) and regulations

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an auto mechanic or similar role
2. Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
3. Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment including your own set of basic tools
4. Be a team player with a great attitude.
5. Must have a New York State Inspectors License or be willing to obtain one
